At ATAWEAR shop, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box, ensuring the return form is included inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
